What sports do you coach?

Our experience covers a range of sports requiring a strong aerobic base — we coach athletes across cycling, running, triathlon, tennis, football and general fitness.

Do I need a tracker like Catapult, STATSports, or a power meter?

It helps, but it's not essential — we'll work with whatever data you have, whether that's a power meter, a GPS tracker like Catapult or STATSports, or simply heart rate.

How many hours a week do I need?

Plans are built around your real schedule, not the other way around. We'll talk about what's realistic for you.

Do you coach remotely?

Yes. Coaching is delivered online through TrainingPeaks and Strava, so we can work together wherever you're based.

What if I'm new to structured training?

That's completely fine — we start where you are and build from there. No prior experience with structured training is assumed.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. Many athletes begin with a Structured Plan and move up to Full Coaching — or adjust the other way — as their goals and life change. Just say the word.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Billed month to month, cancel any time. No setup fee, either.
